TERMS AND CONDITIONS GENERAL 1. Primary School fees cover Kindergarten through to Year 6 and Secondary School fees cover Year 7 through to Year 12. 2. Fees are due and payable on invoice within the first two weeks of term 1 and the first week of terms 2– 4. The final year of HSC will be payable over the first three terms. 3. Subject levies may be charged for some subjects in Senior College. 4. If the previous term’s fees are not paid when the current term’s fees are due, the parents will be required to pay by Direct Debit for the remainder of the year. 5. College fees are GST exempt. Payment may be made via cash or cheque at the College, via BPay as per Tax Invoice, or Direct Debit. All payment arrangements are to be reviewed annually. 6. Receipts will be issued for all cash payments, please ensure a receipt is collected from the College at the time of payment. The College office does not hold cash and therefore cannot issue change. 7. Payment arrangements for fortnightly or monthly payments can only be paid using Direct Debit and details are available through the Accounts Office. 8. A year’s fees paid in advance by February 11, 2011 will attract a discount of 4%. 9. Years 5,7,9 & 11 will be charged an additional $250-00 activity fee which will include camp costs. 10. Year 10 will be charged an additional $100-00 activity fee which will include their leadership training day and other activities. NEW ENROLMENTS 11. A non refundable enrolment fee of $50.00 is payable on application for new families. 12. A non refundable enrolment bond of $350.00 per child up to a maximum of $700.00 per family is payable on acceptance of the enrolment offer. PENALTIES 13. A fee of $30.00 per letter may be charged for each late fees notice sent to parents. Parents should contact the College Fees Manager or the Business Manager if they are unable to make a fees payment by the due date to organise a payment arrangement. 14. A dishonour fee of $30.00 will be charged per dishonoured payment. 15. A full term’s notice must be given in writing when leaving the College otherwise the following terms fees will be charged. PARENT PARTICIPATION SCHEME 16. A Parent Participation Levy is incurred for a family if the 4 hours of service in the previous term have not been completed. This fee is due and payable on invoice within the first two weeks of term 1 and the first week of terms 2 - 4. |
